What’s Included

Before we start

• We’ll request you turn off/unplug the appliance if needed and remove all food items.
• We’ll label/repackage any open containers where required.
• We’ll place protective mats underneath and on the floor to prevent drips or spills.

Inside the Fridge & Freezer

• Remove all shelves, drawers and trays and clean them thoroughly with warm soapy water, then rinse & dry.
• Clean the interior walls, roof and floor of the fridge/freezer using a safe, food-approved cleaning solution (warm water + mild detergent or vinegar mix).
• De-odorize the interior: remove any old food, wipe away sticky residue and treat with a fresh-scent or neutralizing spray.
• Clean the door gaskets/seals: wipe down with warm soapy water, check for wear or gaps.
• Dry thoroughly and replace shelves/drawers, reorganise items neatly if requested.

• Wipe down exterior surfaces, handles, door fronts, panels, including bottom kick-space and plinth.
• For stainless steel models: apply stainless steel cleaner/polish to doors and handles to give a streak-free finish
• Vacuum (or brush) the condenser coils/ventilation area at back or under fridge (if accessible) to improve efficiency and prolong appliance life.
• Move the appliance out slightly (if accessible) and clean floor beneath it, removing any dust or debris.

Final Touches

• Re-plug/re-start the appliance (if required) and check that internal lighting, door function and seals are working correctly.
• Leave a “Fridge Cleaned By” tag with date and technician name for transparency.
• Offer recommendation card: e.g., “To keep your fridge fresh until next clean: wipe up spills immediately, check expiry dates weekly, keep door seals clean.”
